Uploading document using Rest api not accepting '/' sign ,My Document name is "'STAB COT EMP-LINA 100/5mg"

Hi,

uploading document using Rest api 

Problem:

as user give document name like this ""STAB COT EMP-LINA 100/5mg" ,this not accepting to load document into document library

Observed: if I enter document name like "STAB COT EMP-LINA 100/5mg", so it works .it means just replace '/' with '-'

Solution Required:

How can I upload document with this name or name like this "STAB COT EMP-LINA 100/5mg". using '/' sign.

Kindly help me on this please
