I need to start a Sharepoint 2013 site workflow running using the code within the updater method of an external contant type created using BDC within Visual Studio 2012. I have seen reference to use ofMicrosoft.SharePoint.WorkflowServices.WorkflowServicesManager. However, I have been unable to find guidance on the steps involved. This goes back as far as not being able to establish a reference to WorkflowServicesManager.Any advice
