I have a workflow that I build in SharePoint Designer 2013. The workflow works as I need it to, but I cannot get anything worth while to log to the Workflow History. I need to be able to capture who approved it with a time stamp. I have tried logging various items on the current items and other menus with either nothing or string errors returning. Using Modified by kept showing the same persons name each time even though different approver. I am in desperate need to get this completed, so any help is appreciated.
This is a custom workflow that I built. One item that I think is strange is I don't have the ability to do any Customization on a single task behavior or overall task process as I have seen in many post and videos. Let me know if any more information would be helpful.
Below is the List. Once they fill out this list and save, the workflow begins.
It then kicks off the below workflow.
