Hi,
In Office 365 I am facing error sorry, we couldn't open .xlsx file or word document.
I have workaround as below:
1. SharePoint site is added to trusted sites in Internet Explorer browser.
2. I do not use Internet Explorer for anything, I tried to open docs in IE it did the same thing that it does in Crome.
3. I am using Office 2016.
still I am getting the same error.
