Hi, I'm new to SharePoint. can anyone tell me if a developer account vs an admin or another user account.
For example, admin created a web page in SharePoint. can developer user be able to see the codes that admin or other user have created so as to change and update new codes?
No sure how to rephrase it basically. can dev user amend on the codes that admin user created? or vice versa
