I am a new bee to sharepoint!!!
I have a situation where I have a parent-child related sharepoint lists. When i open the parent list form, I fill few details on parent list and want to create an url with this information. When the user click "save" or "Add child list" I woudl like to open a new child list in newform.aspx with that custom url having all the parameters in it.
My problem is that i have to achieve this either by adding a CEWP in the same page as parent newform.aspx or by using sharepoint designer. I would appreciate if you could even give a brief script on this and a step-by-step processs on how to build that URL.
