Attachment file name is missing in custom edit list item view

Hi,

I have a Share Point document library list which shows a text box to edit attachment file name in the default edit list item view.
When I create (customize) a new edit item form in Share Point Designer and publish it, I cannot see attachment filename property to edit.
Can anyone shed some light on this? We use SharePoint 2013 on premises version
