Do i need to migrate exsisting share point 2010 content DB on SQL server R2 if i am going to user same SQL for my Migrated SP2013 sites

Can any one suggest on this.

I am planning to migrate our SP2010 intranet sites to 2013.And all our current SP2010 content DBs are on SQL server 2008R2 server.For the migrated site to SP2013 i need to use the same SQL server 2008R2 server.So how to migrate the content DBS now in this scenario.Please reply ASAP guys.
