Customise List Form Label WITHOUT InfoPath

Hi 

I am trying to change the colour of a label in an NewForm, EditForm etc without using InfoPath. Is this possible? I cannot find the CSS tag when debugging using the Developer Tools on the browsers! Just for clarity, looking at the screenshot below, I want to change the color of the font E-Mail...

Any help would be great.
