SharePoint 2013 Designer Workflow issue:- Resume this workflow

Hi,

I have created a designer SharePoint 2013 platform workflow and deployed it on Client production server. After doing the bulk approval the workflow on every item gets suspended, when click on workflow (attached with item) gets the below error:

Requested Id: 21c44d3d-84c1-39db-000-000000000000. Details: The Workflow exceeded the maximum number of attempts to process a message.
