Change Publishing Site Output Cache Settings using Powershell

In SharePoint 2013, for a BI Site Collection, under Site Settings>Site Administration>Site Output Cache there options to set the Anonymous Cache Profile setting, Authenticated Cache Profile setting, and a checkbox to apply the settings to all sub-sites.

I am trying to find a way using Powershell to "check" the "Apply the settings to all Sub-Sites" checkbox.  I have looked and cannot find a way with Powershell to do this.

I would appreciate any assistance.
