Custom column permission for a user

Hi Everyone,

Can it possible to set site column permission for particular users in share point 2013 custom list.As per requirement i have one standard view in custom list this view has some columns in which four columns are new one.User wants to edit them new one columns only and other columns should be read only for him.I don't want to use any third party tool for this.Any out of the box feature available for this or by using j-Query?
