When a Task is created from the Disposition Approval workflow the 'Assigned to' field is blank, so I have created a workflow to send an email to particular people when a new Task is created in the Task List. However, this doesn't seem to work - no email is sent.
Is this normal behaviour for workflows to not work on Task Lists?
I can create an Alert on the list which will send an email but I would prefer to have a workflow which would be easier to manage.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
