Discussion board List where employee is a part of should be visible to him/her.

Hi,

I am stuck with one requirement from past one week and i don't no how to proceed.

Following is my requirement :-

User Community(Discussion board List): Only Communities(Discussion board List) that employee is a part of should be visible to him/her.

where the batch name column is created in the discussion board list which is alook up column where one group is created with 10 users.So only communities that employee is a part of should be visible to him/her.

Please let me know if any one knows about these,As i tried with filtering [Me],Since it is a group i am not able to filter all the names.
