Sharepoint 2013 workflow - create Composite Task and set fields dynamically

Hi,

I want to create Composite Task in sharepoint workflow 2013.

I have list of users (column) inside list on which workflow created. I want to assign this to 'Assigned To' field  of CompositeTask action. Also want to set Percentage inside 'Completion Criteria Properties'.

How to achieve this?
