Help On creating Animation Web part in MOSS

Hi All,

We are planning to implement an animation (on mouse over it will show the item in bigger frame) web part in the Home page of one of our SharePoint portal. But problem is, we have 4- different web parts in our home page showing 4 different stuffs . The web parts are 1)Content query web part which shows item form one Doc library 2) RSS viewer 3) Silverlight video Player web part which pulls out video form an external source  4) content editor. Please suggest , How to implement this and what will be suitable option to do this.
