Use other template feature in a cenratin site

Hi,

When I develop sharepoint, develop app only in development site template, but I also need collaboration, Business Intelligence feature. How can I integrate them in one site to develop. For example:  Commuunity Site Template provides the collaboration such as share, following, blog, wiki, rate, hashtag. How can I use them easily in other template?
