Add .aspx.cs file to Sharepoint

Hi,

I've been given a file, filename.aspx.cs, that will dynamically generate a url with the appropriate parameters along with a .aspx file. I need to place these in my SharePoint site. I only know Sharepoint designer not Visual Studio. I have created a SP project in VS, and have a successful build. 

My question is what is the best method to put this on the server and is this the right approach? Any guidance would be appreciated.
