Content Query Web Part - Filter on User's Name

Hello Community,

I've created a Content Query Web part, with Query Code, Custom Control Template, and Custom Item Template.  The query code is below: 

{searchTerms} (ContentType:"Rate Review" (RegulatoryPartnerOWSUSER:{User.Name} OR  SMEApproverOWSUSER:{User.Name} OR ResponsePreparerOWSUSER:{User.Name}) AND ( ReviewTaskStatusOWSCHCS<>Final AND ReviewTaskStatusOWSCHCS<>Served)) OR (ContentType:"Task” AssignedTo:{User.Name} AND PercentCompleteOWSNMBR<>1)

The code works great but I used a generic "User.Name" value.  Now I want to use the account for a specific user, but so far I haven't found the right way to do that.  Has anyone else done this?  If so please provide guidance and code.
