Setting different permissions for users in SharePoint and One drive

Hi All,

I have a SharePoint 2013 online library where it has a lot of folders and when users sync the library it works as expected.

But I need to know if I can have full control on SharePoint library but when I sync it with One drive, all the folders should be read only.

Do you think this is can be done or is possible to have different permissions in library and one drive.
