Adding Users into Teamsite after its Creation and before Loading its Homepage

Hi,

Our business requirement is that when we create teamsite using custom template,Before the site loads,we want to add users dynamically into newly created teamsite.

Can anyone please suggest me how can we achieve this ?

Is it possible to add users into teamsite after creation of teamsite but before loading its homepage ?
