How to add the preview dialog box to my custom page

Hi experts,

I have a page in SP 2016 with a custom web part. In the web part I create a table using JavaScript to show files in a doc lib, it looks like below, the "Section Title" column is for the file link. 

My question is how can I add the SP built-in preview dialog box (like the dialog box in below screenshot) for each file to my custom table in Section Title column?
