How can i create SharePoint multiline and allow user to enter normal text and hyper link also in react JS SPFX webpart

I am getting the data from SharePoint list and displaying in react js SPFX webpart.

I want to give administration to update the data from webpart. At the time of entering the data i want to allow normal text and also hyperlink how can we achieve this? Hyperlink enter should be similar to below

How can we achieve this and how we give text and link to hyperlink field
