In Date Picker only those dates should enable which are present in a SharePoint list.

I am having a SharePoint list named as HolidayCalendar, Which is having a Date Time column column name HolidayDate.

So i want all the dates which are in list should be enable in bootstrap Date picker. All other dates should be disable only the dates which are in that list should be enable only . 

Also Past dates also should be disable.
