How to post and put json as payload in workflow 2013

Hi all, 
I need to post this json to create a ticket in zendesk by calling http web service at sharepoint workflow 2013.
this is a sharepoint designer workflow.

'{"ticket": {"subject": "My printer is on fire!", "comment": { "body": "The smoke is very colorful." }}}'

Im able to create a "get" call and read result dictionary.
But i dont now how to post or put with payload.
Can anyone give me some tips?
