Hwo to get Discussion Topic Name by reply ID?

I want to get in C# the Discussion Topic Name/Title by using the Id of the reply. I found that the reply has ParentItemID which has its parent and all the way to the TOP parent, Looking for a function to return the Discussion Topic Name/Title by taking reply ID. Thanks
