I have made a copy of alerttemplate.xml and need to include the image of the user (MODIFIED BY) in the alert email. All user pictures are in mysite web app in my company. For example:https://mysiteWebApp/User Photos/Profile Pictures/NETWORKID_MThumb.jpg of Modified by column. <GetVar Name="ModifiedBy" HTMLEncode="TRUE" /> includes the Display name of the Modified By. If I get the network id, then I can add an IMG tag in the alert template to show the image using its url.
