Add indent for choice column(Check Boxes) in SharePoint list.

Hi,

I would like to add indent for choice column(Check Boxes) in SharePoint list.

When we create choice column in sharepoint it display as column options as follows
choice a
choice b
choice c
choice d
choice e
choice f
choice g
choice h   

but I want to format the sharepoint list form so that choice column should display as follows . Please give me idea to achieve this.   

choice a
        choice b
        choice c
        choice d
choice e
       choice f
       choice g
       choice h
