I have a problem trying to add iManage/Worksite document links to a SharePoint Online Modern Site.
The link is in the format iwl:dms=worksite02&lib=internal&num=18005&ver=1&latest=1&command-openrocmd
This link cannot be added as a link because SharePoint Online expects links to begin https://
So instead I have been trying to use markdown.
I can add the link in markdown and I can launch the referenced document after creating the markdown and saving the SharePoint page as draft.
However, if I publish the page, or refresh it, the document reference link is removed from the page and therefore the link wont work.
Before refreshing the page …… the link is present
After refreshing the page .. the link is removed (but is still present in the markdown source)
I would be happy with any way of embedding the iwl links into a modern communication site page.
Does not have to be markdown, but does need to be something a non-technical content editor can achieve without code.
Any ideas?
