The images are taking a while to load, the moving parts are choppy and we've had to wait in excess of 15 or more seconds for some Pages to load

Hi Guys,

We are currently experiencing serious Latency issues on Production. On the welcome page the images  are taking a while to load, the moving parts are choppy and we've had to wait in excess of 15 or more seconds for some Pages to load (although not all pages and not every time we visit them). I just want to reduce loading time, please suggest me .
