I restored a sharepoint 2010 site collection into sharepoint 2013 environment using backup/restore approach at database level. It was successful for the most part but I am noticing something odd. On all the lists which are based on list content type, I am noticing that fields are getting displayed twice in display form and edit form mode. I compared list settings of SP 2010 and SP 2013 side by side and everything looks identical. What could be resulting in duplicate fields?
