Delete All List Items with powershell

Hello SharePoint Fam,

I have finally configured a list 100% but it has around 3k entries from testing and I am wanting to totally empty the list out.  Is there a small script i could use that can easily empty the list and allow me to start with 0 items.  I know I can start a new list by creating template but I want to avoid that since I have custom script/workflow attached to current list.
