Lookup field with api rest syntax

Hi,

Someone can tell me how set the value of a lookup field with the rest api.

I try this but it doesn't work.

data: "{__metadata:{'type':'SP.Data.MyListListItem'},'Title':'mytitle','MyLookUpField':'itemtitleoftheotherlist'}",

Any idea ?
