Neither incremental nor full crawls that have been scheduled are running. However, if I start the crawl manually they complete successfully.
Things I have tried:
1. Cleared config cache after stopping timer service. Started timer service after cache has been cleared.
2. Ensured that "Indexing Schedule Manager" is online.
3. Restarted the server that hosts search service application.
Any pointers?
