I am getting the following problem inside my Contact list in SP 2013 team site, when I try to add/edit contact item using the quick edit grid:

but I can add/edit contact items using the New & Edit forms. and I did not define any field as mandatory, also using the New & edit form I can add a new contact without entering any data, but on the Quick edit I will always get the above error even if I entered all the fields. Anybody have idea why this is throwing an error?
