Bulk edit document properties in SP 2016

Hi Team,

I want to know the approach to implement Bulk edit action on Document library so as to edit the document properties for multiple documents in one go

As we know in current SP 2016 platform it can be achieved using Quick Edit option however I want to add a custom option on ribbon to allow bulk edit of document properties

Can this be achieved using SPfx client side web part?
