I am setting up a Task Control project in Share Point and I have the following doubts:
1 - Recurring Tasks
Every month, I will have more than a thousand tasks to create, all identical to last month, changing only the finishing date of some. I have already found a semi-automatic solution using Acess, I would just like to know
if there is any more elegant solution, perhaps using PowerApps.

2 - Task Permissions - Access Restriction for "My Activities Only"
I basically need that the collaborators have only access to the view "/MyItems.aspx" being unable to access "/AllItems.aspx", or any other view.
3 - Task Permissions - Block exclusion and change of key fields
My employees will be able to attach files and complete the task, but they will not be able to change any other fields, or even delete tasks.
4 - Only complete the task when there is an attachment linked to it
I do not know if there is a native SharePoint solution, if there is not, can I do it in PowerApps?
