Exposing RSS Feeds to Angular JS

Hi 

HOw do we expose the default RSS feeds to the other outside application to pull or get notification from our SharePoint 2013 web application.

is there any API that we can give it to the Angular team and any parameters that we need to pass in that APIs call.
