I have a requirement to make a Q&A in Sharepoint 2013 onpremise.. One of the points is that users can ask a question and contotibuters can respond with extra fields only accessible to the contributors. Another point is that the forms must have a custom branding.
What will be the best solution for data storage in this case, is that publication pages that have been modified with custom page layouts and fields? Or wil be better to use custom list with custom forms? The solution will also have a search page to find the Q&A entries en filter on it.
what would be a solution to build the answer form, by reason of that it has more fields than the question form?
And finally is it better to build it as an add-in of can we create the list and forms and configure it via csom code? What are the benefits of these approaches?
