Are Image Radio Buttons Possible?

Hey SharePoint Fam!

I have a request where client wants radio button options but for each option a image/logo appears for the visitor to choose.  OOTB SharePoint gives us the regular circle but is there someway to add a image to each option somehow?  Would css be needed for this?
