User's not showing from while adding into group

Hi,

I have retrieved user's from AD like this

itbutbut as I tryi

but as I trying to add these user's into site ---> group...its not showing nay user's like this...

please guide me to resolve this issue, I want these user's to add into group  and in site collection administrator
