Quiz using Custom webpart in sharepoint 2013

Hi,

Please let me know how should i develop a custom webpart to implement quiz using lists in sharepoint 2013?

I need to display the score at the completion of quiz. There should be a quiz list,Question List and Answerlist so that those questions can be changed later on.
