IE 64x problem. "TypeError: Unable to get property 'SPWacPreviewEnabled' of undefined or null reference"

I have a document library inside my publishing site collection 2013. now if i go to a document and i want to open the action menu

I will get the following error:-

but if i try accessing this using firefox ot chrome it will work well. kindly note that i am using IE 10 64x ? so does my current IE version does not support such features ?
