Slider menu in SharePoint

I need to make the slides clickable. Also, I need to highlight the last clicked item after postback and scroll the slider to show the highlighted item.

The problem is that none of the above frameworks seem to work with SharePoint. The rendered sliders are broken or simply not rendered at all.

Is there any such a control available specifically for SharePoint?
