Document Approval OOTB work flow failing on start automatically "Workflow was canceled by System Account."

Hi Al,

Document Approval OOTB work flow failing on start automatically "Workflow was canceled by System Account."

We are using SharePoint 2013 on  prem version, but on document library i selected "SharePoint 2010 Document Approval Workflow" which is available. But immediately after workflow triggered its failing.All other designer workflows working fine except this Reusable workflow.

I restarted SharePoint Timer service and "Work Flow" service from central admin.But still no luck.
