Alerts added via powershell not listed in Manage Alerts view

Hello,

I've added alerts for our users, programmatically using PowerShell, and they are working great.  However, those alerts do not show up in the users "Manage Alerts" view.  The only way I can see them is to iterate through their alerts using PowerShell.

Is there a property I need to set on the Alert object that allows it to be shown for them?  Possibly some other security setting in general?
