Crawl Component Error in Search Topology

Hello:

I am noticing a red "x" in the search topology page. I followed Steven Mann's post on http://stevemannspath.blogspot.com/2013/03/sharepoint-2013-search-fixing-orphaned.html but I could not find any orphan components. When I ran the last command, I got below time out error. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I also tried restarting search host controller but no luck. I restarted timer service, cleared config cache and restarted timer service but still no luck.
