Unable to copy data in Managed metadata column while copying data from one library to another library

Hi,

We have a requirement to copy documents from one library to another. We have encountered some issues below.

We have 3 columns in source library with datatype as managed metadata. Out of 3 columns, 2 use “Customize your term set” and other column has “Use Managed Term Set” .

Issue is, we are unable to see the data in “MediaType” Column which has “Use Managed Term Set” in the destination folder where as other 2 columns which are using “Customize your term set” are having data (this is also missing for some documents).

Please share your inputs to cross over the issue.
