How to add the SharePoint list column value in Dictionary object c#

Hi Team,

I have configuration list that have two list columns Configuration key and Configuration value now I need to access configuration columns value based Configuration  on key so I have get configuration list columns values (Configuration key and Configuration value) 

Now I need to add these columns values in Dictionary object c#

Can you please share your suggestion.
