Is there any way to archive document which are created/modified longer than 3 years ago on the same site without using retention policy.

Hello team,

We have a site having lot of document around 40000.

We want to archive docs which are created/modified longer than 3 years. we dont have central admin access due to which we can not use the retention policy send to location rules.

Is it possible to achieve this without using the retention policy and the content and structure option by any custom CSOM/JSOM/REST API code.
